Jesus Christ is the only God who can deliver you From Bondage to Freedom

This is part of my testimony...

Do you believe in God?
Do you know the importance of prayer in your life
 Do you believe in the devil?
 Do you believe in Deliverance?

Have you stopped to think about what kind of doors you are opening to the devil to let him walk right into your life? 

I believe in God with everything in me. I have seen him move in miraculous ways in my life. I know that he is real, and his word is true. I am so blessed because I now know is the authority. I have overcome the things that the devil throws at me in my life. I now know some of the things I should not do so that I do not open doors to the devil in my life. As I tell you my story, some things may seem hard to believe, but I promise you that they are true. I know that you have seen movies or heard stories about the supernatural. I want you to know that God is real, but so is the devil and his minions. So my story starts like this...

     I was born to a wonderful single mother. I did not know my father until later in life. My mother raised me in a Christian home, and I went to a private Christian school, but for some reason, the devil sought me out to attack me. When I was about 6, I had a dream that I would have off and on growing up and still remember almost perfectly today. In the dream, my mother and I were being chased by demons and ran to a church for safety.  These demons in the dream started out as men but then turned into a snake and bat. By the end of the dream, we made it to the church and inside to safety, but this dream started a 30-year long course of nightmares and convulsions (not foaming at the mouth or anything, just shaking badly) while I slept. I would have nightmares constantly, and they would send me almost nightly in convulsions. I would wake my self up convulsing. I was too scared to tell my mom, so I don't know if she ever knew. Eventually, this just became the norm. As I grew up, I grew away from God, and my relationship with him suffered. When I was about 2, I lived by myself and started to notice strange things start to happen. I would feel the bed shake while I was trying to sleep and no one else would be around, I would see dark figures in my bedroom doorway, I would hear muffled voices (like a radio was on but you couldn't make out what the people were saying), there were times that something would attack my puppy, she would yelp and wine like she was being attacked but again nothing and no one would be there. I would walk into my bedroom, and the room would be so cold, so much colder than the rest of the house for no reason. I was not into witchcraft, so to speak but liked occult movies (Vampire, Werewolves, Magic movies). I grew up in a church, but we did not speak about stuff like this much. I did, however, have a wonderful mother that would pray for me constantly and help me to rebuke the devil out of my life. As I grew older and over the years, the voices disappeared, so did the dark figures and the odd cold that would envelop my room. I contribute this to the constant praying and intercession on my behalf by my mother. The bed shaking and nightmares continued as I got older. I ended up meeting my husband, and he would pray over me nightly as I slept and rebuke the devil out of my life. He would wake me up every time I started to shake. We started going to a Church that taught us who we are and the authority we have in Jesus and about how important a relationship with Jesus is. We found out how the devil has no power in our lives as born again Christians except for the power that we give him. They taught us how we had been transferred from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God. They taught us how we are in a battle daily, but one we can't see, one that is spiritual and is more real than anything we can see with our eyes. I still had the dreams for about 7-9 months after we joined the church. Then one night, I had another dream that I was being chased by something, and this time some other people were trying to hide me. I remember being in an old 1950's style truck and this older man with overhauls and a long white beard said that he was going to hide me and he reached over the hood of the truck, and his hand came through the roof and he touched the top of my head with his finger. I saw a lightning bolt go from his finger into my head. I woke up with a headache for two days, but have never had a nightmare again or convulsions. Praise Jesus. I know that Jesus has delivered me.
        Jesus has done so many great things in my life. I want you to know how important a relationship with Him is. When you have that relationship, you can overcome the devil and his minions that try to come and create havoc in your life. It is greatly important to find a group of people that also have a great relationship with Jesus to pray with when you are under attack and need support. Darkness is not an overwhelming force, it is simply a place that is vacated by the light. Jesus is the light, when the Holy Spirit is in us we are light where there is darkness, and where that light is, darkness can not be. It is important to know what types of things open doors to the devil and allow him to create havoc in your life. It is the movies you watch, the music you listen to, the drinking, the partying, the fornication, the things you say and do. If you don't have a relationship with Jesus, you are living in the devil's kingdom, and he has authority over you, and he can attack you at will. The power of your life and your death is in your tongue!! Take note of the things you say and what you allow into your life. What kind of life do you want? It is up to you. You can have peace, joy, and love like you have never known with Jesus.
